Had midway replace 2 springs on my existing door it installed by them on February of 2024 it was working great until may of 2025 I c when one of the springs lost tension which I thought it broke again… Read more Had midway replace 2 springs on my existing door it installed by them on February of 2024 it was working great until may of 2025 I c when one of the springs lost tension which I thought it broke again I called to get a service call to fix it and they promptly came next day not only did they fix spring problem they also lubed all needed points and replaced a broken guide wheel as adjusted the track rails it now runs smooth as silk when I asked how much was told no charge WOW! I great company

3 months after install I found the safety device bypassed by installer, Cables unwound because of bypass. Called for Emergency Service, DECLINED! Found someone willing to secure garage door at 9 PM. ,… Read more 3 months after install I found the safety device bypassed by installer, Cables unwound because of bypass. Called for Emergency Service, DECLINED! Found someone willing to secure garage door at 9 PM. , The new person came back the next day a repaired what was done incorrectly. The cost for both calls was 300.00. I called for reimbursement and was finally told NO refund in a voicemail. This company blows like the wind. STAY AWAY! I will do all I can to keep my friends and relatives from using. :(

The staff that handles orders, customer response, and installation are professional and concerned about the customer and promoting and maintaining a positive image.
The garage door is very sturdy and of good quality.
The pricing was competitive based on the quality of the door. I highly recommend this company.
